that originates through the
International Chamber of Commerce
ICC : HQ : Arbitration Procedures

I recommend that all agreements that I enter into will be structured through these ICC provisions; and, those specifically applicable in Canada.

Amendments to these principal provisions will be discussed on a needs-basis.
